I give 2 stars, one for Mrs. Branch Director, the other for Mrs. Joanna, who deals with the credit case, for the smooth completion of formalities, and for the fact that sometimes I can be mean when something does not go my way.

I haven't seen such a poorly understood service and not very flexible for a long time. The matter that I handled in another branch in 5 minutes and I lost 20 of them and I didn't settle them.
