They pride themselves on being an "internet bank", and when you want to deposit money into your own account (and I have several accounts here, including many corporate ones for over 10 years), they refuse because I do not have a physical ID. I forgot my wallet with cards and ID, and had to pay in cash. I have the mObywat application on my phone, which is respected even in the Tax Office, so I assumed that it should be recognized even more in the "internet bank". Embarrassment!

The best bank in which you can have an account. Intuitive handling of bank products such as a mobile application and a website. A very good service after coming to the bank. Full culture and professionalism, and the approach to the client is wonderful thanks to which everyone can feel like someone very important. Generally the pros only. I heartily recommend, especially to mobile people
