I don't know about other branches, but with the family atmosphere promoted by the bank, this branch has little in common. No commitment, no attitude to solve problems. In general, it looks as if the customer was an intruder .. A big plus only for the Lord at the checkout, which is the only one who shows initiative and makes a really positive impression. Maybe after a few years of experience working with people and a lot of training it will be better, but for now the bank encourages only by the lack of fees. The functionality of online banking, technical support, non-working PIN for the card and lack of solution to this problem meant that I escaped as soon as possible. Moving to another bank helped me regain my "faith" in these financial units. Overall, I personally do not recommend it. Fees for keeping an account or having a card are usually low and easy to get around, and I think that the lack of fees is more important because of operational efficiency, functionality and therefore peace of account. Greetings and I wish you to quickly take care of yourself, because on the financial services market PR alone is not enough and it will not be possible to stay on the market for such a long time.

I have benefited and I'm happy. I recommend branch. Nice atmosphere, good cocoa, and Lord proved to be very helpful.
