I was served very badly today, the Lady asked for my ID card which I did not have with me. I showed my identity card in the mObywat application, unfortunately, the lady said that she did not accept the proof from this application and said that I should show her the proof, but she didn't know where to get this proof. Today I had time to arrange an extension of the contract and this approach will not extend the contract.

Saturday, 12:30 - in the lounge of two customers, the ticket system has a breakdown, one service man stands at the door and tells who is in line behind whom, besides, she is bored, one lady is sitting at the ticket office and almost sleeping, two others Ladies, "service", we are admitted after an hour !!! Submit another application because he is about to go home ... Failure. What are they paying them for?

4 people from the service: 2 employees look after one client, the other 2 sit and watch! There are 5 customers waiting in line ... "professional" service!
