I warn everyone against this bank. Clutter, chaos, competence at preschool level. The attempt to pay the next tranche of the mortgage is already 29 days. At that time, first, the bank was proud of the annex to the contract for 20 days, and during the next 9 I had to appear in the bank 6 times. Each time the bank forgot to give me some documents or just nobody bothered during those 20 days when the annex was being built to check if it had any errors. Not once did the bank bother to inform me that something was still missing or there was a mistake. I only knew about the next delay and called myself to find out what was missing this time. The tranche for which I am fighting is 90% of the value of the apartment that I bought and I undertook to pay by notary deed by 08.08.2013, the indolence of bank employees will probably cost me penalty interest for late payment in the amount exceeding my monthly income !! My fight continues and today I learned that again on some scrap they did not send from the headquarters, my signature was missing. It is August 28, 2013. Hands are falling!
