Customer service at the lowest level. Today, entering the department amused employees at the computer. Only after a while did one lady say that a friend would help us. The gentleman from the bank did not even know that there was a card in the account. Who employs such people? Such employees form an opinion about the bank. I do not recommend visiting this ward.

Very nice customer service. High level consulting. Full professionalism. It is a pity that there is no credit advisor there.
