On December 29, 2020 I bought an asus dsl-n16 router, the purchase was preceded by asking the advisor in the store if the product is new (open and battered box), I got information that it was new. At home, it turned out that the router was in use and a new username and password were entered on it. I do not recommend shopping in this store. No contact, no one answers the phone.

I strongly advise against shopping in this store. I needed a buyer / recipient invoice for PLN 420 for computer speakers. Unfortunately, I was informed that such invoices are issued only from PLN 450. I wanted to choose a product, but it turned out that there are no more speakers. I could not take another product because it was paid from a targeted subsidy. So I was forced to give up shopping. Apparently they don't care about earning money.

I do not recommend advertising goods in this stores. I reported a telephone number for the complaint, after a month of silence from the store, I decided to ask for the goods, I heard that my PHONE was missing, I heard that they would try to solve this matter as soon as possible and someone who is dealing with this matter will call me back. Nobody contacted me, so I decided to call again and again and I hear that they are looking for my tef and that I am not happy I can submit a letter! I have to submit a letter for the return of my tef which is lost, first the carrier lost the package, then the service and so on and on !!!! No words, the case is pending for two months, no one will ever contact me and they just let me down or call me at a different date. I honestly do not recommend the store, let alone advertise the equipment.
