Referring to the comment of a friend with whom I picked the car in the salon. I learned about the lack of warranty for the engine when installing LPG before leaving the salon. Before, unfortunately, nobody sent me this information, which in my opinion is the most important. I didn't know if it was deliberate. We can consider them as a considerable negligence of the employee, which is why I lose a lot. Everyone would feel cheated. Knowing this beforehand for LPG assembly, I would decide after the warranty period. The salon manager contacted me, assured me by phone that if during the warranty period there were any problems by LPG, they would take care of the topic and help (will the help consist of free repairs? I hope that there will be no need to check the salon's assurances). Unfortunately, the words do not give 100% certainty as with the full manufacturer's warranty, being constantly convinced that I keep it. The pressure of employees when we checked the car, who walked by and repeated several times 'What are you looking for, this is a new car', were inappropriate. It seems to me that by buying something I can check it in a way that is right for me and the seller should keep such comments to himself.
After the whole situation, the salon tries to alleviate the negative impression by sending a second set of rugs. Is this adequate compensation? Certainly a nice addition, but I can not guarantee repair during the fault. It is a pity that from the beginning everything was not done properly ...
A salon request to remove a truthful comment, out of place. Everyone has mishaps and, being aware of what you are doing, sometimes you have to accept negative opinions as well.
A big plus was the contact with Ms. Magdalena, who arranged the leasing, everything went very quickly and efficiently.
The car so far runs without any problems and keep it up.
I advise against buying in this salon. The seller completely did not mention that when deciding on the LPG system mounted in the car COMPLETELY lost the warranty on the engine, intake / exhaust system and everything that has to do with LPG. This is how a friend bought a Fiat Tipo. He was informed about the lack of warranty only on the day the car was picked up (after signing the leasing contract and making the initial payment). Car pickup day: We started to watch the car properly (for almost 80 thousand!) So giving us 15 minutes of time should not be a problem ... The sellers rushed us strangely, we felt like intruders in the salon. The car had a slightly upholstered door - the salon manager (or a gentleman who looked more important than traders) offered an extra year warranty as part of the compensation. Well, this guarantee, since the car lost it after the installation of LPG .. Next, the car after zero inspection, prepared for release did not have COOLANT ... Yes, it was dry in the tank ... If not seeing this after opening the bonnet, a friend would leave living room ....
Hmm short, if it wasn't for the only competent Mrs. Agata, it remains to close this salon. These 5 stars are for this lady, not for the salon !!!!!
