Professional service and convenient location!
Unfortunately, the service in this company is a failure again. The car left the service hall and stood outside for nearly an hour while I waited inside for pickup. Nobody deigned to come and say that the car is ready (or rather not ready, but ready according to them). Only after I asked the employee to find out about my car it turned out that I could pick it up. The car was handed to me covered with foil on the seat, steering wheel and gear knob. I had to take it off myself and throw it somewhere, and as the trash can outside was nowhere to be found, I took it to the gentleman from the service and asked him to throw it away. Even when bringing the car, you asked if it should be washed because it is free. I asked for a wash, I got not only that I had not washed it, but also some grease on the side. Unfortunately, the manager was allegedly gone, because it was before 18. Amateur. And it is another time. I am wondering whether I should contact the Ford headquarters, because there are many complaints about this company and no improvement. It's only the brands that discourage you.
