The return of the car was booked at 21:00, when we arrived we found out, that the office is only working until 19:00. Spent two hours calling all possible contact numbers, even emergency one, but no solution was provided. We were asked to leave the keys at key box which was not there. Finally managed to leave the keys to the guard lady of the building where Avis was located at (even though the rental office was outside of this building and she barely had anything related to it). Don't recommend. Evening ruined.
