Employees are not informed, but if there is no boss, they should know something, although the word employees is too much. The word 'leser' fits here more. And if you can not get through, then they should know something more? Anyway, the office is empty all the time? Inadequate approach and so much in the subject, I avoid from a distance.

Inadequate approach to the client, I felt treated "from above". I did not get any damage for 2 weeks, so I changed the workshop. They constantly made me sure what great professionals they were, but they did the problem where others did great.
