I bought OXFORD tank pad here (recommended brand), everything was fine when gluing. On the second day the glue released and the tank pad deformed. So I came back to the store to inform about the situation and here it turns out that the store DOES NOT RECOGNIZE COMPLAINTS due to the difficult situation caused by COVID-19. (I work in commerce myself and I know that the customer must be informed about any changes) So I ask why, I did not receive such information when buying? seller’s answer - TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE HERE ... I look at the counter, and there is a piece of paper in the stack of letters that only the seller knows about. I said you couldn't see her ... In response, the Lord proposed a discount when buying the next ... - I say ok. So I need a second one, maybe 64, - Seller - OK Me - what will the discount price be? Seller - 62, - with a 5% discount. This is a mockery ... The seller sits there as a punishment, any information you have to pull yourself, because you will not learn anything, the effect is money in the back, and they beat the profit because they got rid of the bad product, which can not be advertised. (DEFEAT) I hope that OXFORD will be interested in this because in the sale of the ZG store there is probably a slick product marked with their logo. Without prior x-raying of the goods, I strongly advise against buying (and certainly tank pads) in this store. Regards.
