Poor service and the staff here seem inexperienced and not very educated when it comes to the brand that they are selling. Very sad for a all time Nike user and huge fan to see this. One example was when I was standing by the cash register desk and 3 workers didn't even ask me if I needed anything . Then in the end I asked for the store manager, she came but it seemed that like a negative thing that I came to buy goods there because she was in a bad mood and not kind at all. Better go to nike shops in poznan or wroclaw I recommend.
Reading your negative opinions, I am curious if they will accept my shoe complaint. The shoes were bought 3 and a half months ago, were very little used and the sole cracked at the bend. As for the valuable PLN 599, it should not happen after such a short time of use. I have another pair of Nike Air shoes in a different color for 3 years now and to this day nothing is happening with the shoes but a different manufacturer. I now have to wait two weeks for a reply. Complaint rejected. The shoe was fit to the garbage after 3 months. Huge holes in the shoes on the heels, which more than once caused abrasions to the blood. The shoes were always unlaced and put on with a spoon, so they could not rub so much after such a short use. If that was not enough, after washing the shoes with a special liquid, the white shoes turned yellow with stains. I do not recommend it, it is a pity that I did not read the opinion earlier.
