Zero customer interest. Together with my mother, we were to receive a call about the availability of an eyeshadow palette. No response, no contact, no information for over a month and the product should appear in the perfumery "next week". Embarrassment
Total lack of culture on the part of salespeople, arrogant, lack of knowledge about cosmetics. They shouted at the child for testing and not disinfecting cosmetics, for me to turn to you and remarks about touching testers. Why are they on display if it is forbidden to add them? However, the ladies are kind and friendly when making larger purchases. Disrespect.
Service in the drugstore at a high level. I visit often;)
