I agree with another opinion, the service is only seemingly nice. I went with my fiancee to buy something nice for the summer. We bought it, yes. We are very satisfied with the quality of the product, but it ends there. I tried the shorts on, got out of the dressing room, and waited. My girlfriend measured the outfits, it took her 30 minutes, because the lady who served her didn't care. She went somewhere to the end of the store and dealt with gossip with a friend. The girl put other outfits away because they didn't fit. Then I put my shorts down to help her put away her clothes. Other clients did the same. Then from the mouth of the saleswoman I heard that "FUCKED CHERRIES ARE JUST ASKING EVERYTHING". Another began to laugh so hard she could barely contain it. Yes, you have to put everything off if one of the other doesn't give a fuck! And this is not only my opinion, friends are also not satisfied with the service. Because if you spend 600 zlotys for two things, it is probably natural that as customers we should be treated well, and not like the next "villagers" who only come to look. Scandal. I hope that such situations do not occur in other stores of this brand. The cashier did not offer us anything, not even a customer card, and I like to shop there. 600 zlotys and bye. Thieves because otherwise you can not name the store owner. Goods incorrectly labeled (it was supposed to be 50% discount) at the checkout, it turned out that it is in the price regularly. The seller brazenly snatched my money from my hand saying that I can not give up my purchase. Absurd. There are also no returns :) you can see the Polish law does not apply in this store. He has an opinion without a pardon. 2

I do not recommend working in the Calzedonia store in Zielona Góra. M. store manager, an incompetent person, unable to fully perform his duties, calling other managers from different cities waiting for help. The fact that nothing she can do makes up for reporting on other regional girls even several times a day. Unfortunately, she does not know what psychological terror and mobing are introduced by the manager. Regular psychological interviews are held in the back room, in which she tries to put the blame on the employee, ultimately requiring an apology. The new employees do not know what is going on, because she is nice and very helpful to them, but everything is up to time. Most of the people she had mentally destroyed had fired because of the "manager". Despite the fact that there are fewer people in the shift, this one requires faster work, imposes more obligations on employees who are unable to meet it. On the next day, they are accounted for and the consequences are drawn, and everything is reported to the regional authority. I would like to add that the manager does not help at all, only what he serves the clients, where he later tosses things to the girls after measuring them for cleaning. There is a total ban on sitting in the sales room, but the latter ignores this ban and sits on the chests of drawers or on the ankle behind the cash register doing something on the laptop for most of her shift hours. The schedule manager clearly sets for himself, i.e. for the morning hours, to have the end of the shift at 4 p.m., covering himself with the fact that he has a child and wants to spend time with him. It only takes into account the girls' small graphic requests. After her change, she has no contact with her, if something is happening in the store or we need her help, she does not answer the phone. M. uses all the workers as much as he can, starting from tossing things to cleaning up after measuring, deliveries, back room and much more. It is also worth mentioning the fact that privacy is not respected when she rummages through the private litter boxes of the girls in the back room, without hiding it. There is a 15-minute break for everyone. With 8 hours of work, including the manager. However, M. does not pay attention to this. She leaves the store when she wants, comes when she pleases, picks up private phones in the store, where it is completely forbidden to do so. Almost every day guests visit the husband's shop and the child, who is notoriously running around and punching the gate (or sitting in the back room, where we cannot introduce third parties there), and the manager points out to the seller that during their break they have no need to leave the store because it falls goal. Finally, I would like to add that I have not worked in Calzedonia for some time, it is the best decision of my life. It is a good job for people who do not have their own opinion, are afraid to speak up and do not need to develop intellectually.
