As far as the Smyk brand is concerned, we and our partner are very satisfied. However, I advise you to train your employees well, because they obviously don't know the stuff and can't answer the questions asked about the product. No idea whatsoever. Yesterday we bought a travel cot, asking if it was a two-level one, because we wanted it, 2 ladies said no. After unpacking at home, it turned out that it is what we wanted with two levels. Where the ladies assured us that unfortunately there was one level. A person who wants to buy something for his child needs specific details about the items, but unfortunately some who do not fit into this store due to the lack of a clue.

I bought a lollipop with friends but when I went out the security guard asked if I bought something and I said yes and showed the receipt and then searched my bag from another store and when we left he said "we behaved very suspicious and we give reasons to search us" never again there przyjdę😠
