Unfortunately, I can't recommend this store exclusively by service. You show no interest in the client. Self-service. Incorrectly issued invoice. No correction on site possible? Revised the next day and sent by email.

Store service leaves a lot to be desired. OK, a year later I was picking up my purse in an online store, I was receiving unpleasant service on receipt. But then I thought that maybe she had a worse day, everyone knows it happens. but.... Today I was complaining about a damaged suitcase. The receipt faded, so I brought a confirmation from the card printed from the bank so that the transaction could be found. You told me that you had to make a photocopy of the receipt because they have nowhere to find it. with great grace the lady accepted the document confirming the payment, informing at the same time that we would see what the manager said. after all it is not a problem to find and accept it for complaint but apparently for this lady it was a huge problem. I admit that at the thought that I would only receive something from this store, I prefer to pay for the courier but not have to watch these ladies.

I do not recommend! The saleswoman was making brazen comments when handing over the bag. Her behavior was punishable, zero personal culture and respect for the client. She was almost as amused that she was advertising a purse that had been purchased "AŻ" a little over a year ago (it was worn for a total of 6 months). As if she had to repair my bag at my own expense. However, the height of rudeness was the way in which it referred to the client who also advertised the goods in front of me. For every opinion of the client, the saleswoman answered with her mocking and mocking texts.
