Hello, I am writing about Weronika, who presented herself as an assistant manager in the Cropp store in Zielona Góra (focus mall) on August 14, around 6 p.m. I bought a backpack worth PLN 99. After a few days, I found out that I did not like it, so I wanted to return it with the receipt and all labels. Weronika said that the label was badly attached (I accidentally stripped it off, but I did it back in the same way) and she cannot return the backpack despite the fact that it was unused and I had all the necessary documents to return. She started laughing at me with a friend next door, then left for a while and again confirmed that she would not return it. The girls were extremely unprofessional and I felt humiliated by their behavior. I asked them to call the manager, but Weronika said that she would be present only in a few days. I asked to call the customer service, to which the girl was indignant that it was not her job to call the service and she continued to mock me, finally saying that she did not care and I can file a complaint if I have a problem. Finally she left and called the manager - she came back with the answer that she could give me a gift card in return - I'm going abroad in a few days so the gift card is not a solution for me ... him next to him with a friend next to him. I have never experienced such service in a store ... I will never come back to the Cropp store for shopping. Please talk to Weronika and her colleague from the shift and train you in the basics of customer service. Shame on Cropp!

It would be worth not to be misleading regarding the opening hours and the opening of stores, it takes two minutes !!!

Choice ok, but very rude service, even rude, especially the manager who unfortunately served us. It happened so during the time we were in two different Cropp stores. I do not recommend the store in Focus.
