Service failure. With the obvious defect of the product, they insist that it is the fault of the consumer, although this is not the first case where a given model of shoes is damaged and hinders walking. Shoes should be resistant to walking on various types of surfaces, but unfortunately we do not walk on clouds.

The deputy manager does not know the rules for returning shoes under warranty. Let the boy train and read a little because the receipt is my guarantee and confirmation of the purchase of shoes in their store And not the guarantee card that I should have. And the seller was even better, he had no idea what I was talking about.

Not once did I have problems in this store and every time I go out happy, I see that people can only complain if something does not match them complaint type, and those who are happy will not write anything. People show no respect for sellers. And they think that they will stand up in their head in return. Each company has procedures that the employee must follow whether it is waiting time for something or anything else but many people do not understand it. hopeless store. service just to push and sell something, no help. with obviously defective goods (shoe significantly damaged so that it cuts the skin of the leg), they insist that everything is ok. please be careful if you intend to buy anything there. I strongly advise against.

Despite the accepted complaint, the shop does not want to return the cash for another week. I have no shoes and no more options because I am still selling. I call, walk, please and all the time I hear that they do not have cash in hand (PLN 500). Nobody controls it. No, you can't contact the person responsible for the store who could take appropriate action.
