Nightmare. Only this word comes to mind. Full of contempt, disrespect and understanding towards the patient, the facility and the Doctor herself. As far as I can call the Lady that way, because the Doctor is someone who puts the good of the patient above his own. Man is unable to get through, even after several hundred attempts. Working hours, dentist, these are working hours - this is not the time to talk to a friend about Sunday lunch. Secondly, after arriving at the place, I receive information that I am not insured and that the dentist will not accept it with a toothache and that's it. There was also no proposal to submit a declaration, and I know for sure that I am insured. Dear Dentist, please update your empathy, understanding and, above all, the computer, because it is clearly blowing dust. Greetings.
Pani z pogotowia mnie uratowała! Złamał mi się leczony ząb tak, ze nie mogłam zamknąć buzi. W prywatnym gabinecie, gdzie wcześniej leczyli mi właśnie tego zęba powiedziano mi, że nie pomogą bo za pół godziny kończą pracę.
Pani na pogotowiu ciepłe i miłe przyjęcie. Usunięcie problemu delikatnie i bezboleśnie.
A i z dodzwonieniem się też nie było problemu.

I liked everything, Mrs. Anna's doctor is a very nice person and she is professional in her work. I was very surprised when a very nice lady, without any problems, relieved me of this excruciating pain. Once again, professionalism is Ms. Anna.
On New Year's Eve, after 7 p.m. I received professional help. In case of emergency, I recommend it. You should call in advance (make calls until the doctor receives calls between patients).
