The person serving customers protects the good of the service technician, not the customer. The owner told me not to charge me with the cost of an additional part (Teflon roller), which was not properly diagnosed at first. The attendant asked me to share the cost of this part with the service technician - of course I refused. In addition, I was also accused of having printed 600 pages in a few days. This was supposed to be the reason why the printer returned to the service immediately. However, the counters did not lie - less than 10 test pages were printed. Finally, after pickup, I still had to go to another service to clean the laser glass and incur additional costs. The service technician told me this is not a Mercedes and there may be lighter stripes all the way across the page on each print! Finally, the owner agreed to a correction of the invoice for PLN 150 for the fact that the new transmission belt for over PLN 300 bore traces of deformation in one place, probably due to the negligence of the service technician (which I noticed when receiving it!) And for additional costs on another service. But it doesn't stop there. I went out for 5 minutes to move the car. When I got back, the owner quickly washed away to the back to avoid a confrontation. The service gentleman told me that there would be no correction. He threatened me that by issuing an unfavorable opinion, he would "find me", by which he made the threat. I was ordered to leave the pseudo "service". After a few hours of talking to my friend, at whose request I was repairing the printer, I heard that I was accused of extorting data for the invoice !!! And I was just hoping for this unfortunate correction. Steer clear of unnecessarily wasted time and nerves. Nobody has upset me so much for a long time, as it was here during the last visit, although before that the same company praised my calmness, patience and understanding.

Give a wide berth. I buy used on Allegro to sell later as new on the site. No serious treatment of the customer. you can still calculate a lot. Epic fail.
