The consulate has not been working since June, no information can be obtained on the website or at the address !!!
I wrote an e-mail several times in the last 6 months, I called several times every day. Nobody works here, there is no point in deluding that this Consulate is working.
Anyone who intends to apply for a temporary consular registration with a D visa for six months, keep in mind that you will be denied an explanation that you must have a visa from 1 year, this is directly contrary to the requirements specified on the site, hereinafter quote.
