It is a pity that there was no old lady at the counter, always nice, kind and helpful. Today I wanted to buy a pot insert. I chose from the available set of cartridges standing together and at the cash register the lady said, that it is impossible to buy the cartridge separately. OKAY. I returned to the store, matched the pot with the input. Various sticky prices, on cartridges, on pots from 48 PLN to 63 PLN. I do not know which price is valid, whether the contribution and the pot are a separate cost. I'm going back to the cash register because he is the closest employee. I ask how much it costs together and whether you can separately buy the pot itself because everything is separately arranged far apart (for fear that the whole will have to pay over PLN 100). The lady is already starting to laugh and with superiority declares that they have their markings on the products in the store and the employees know what they fit in and that everything that fits and is included in the set is arranged next to each other and how a simple man explains again that a set that one price etc. .... Well, my patience has already been put to the test. I noticed such unpleasant behavior of an employee. At the back of the man came me and completely disarms me ... that if I have a problem, there is always an employee in the room and you can ask ... I was stunned because I was asking the nearest available worker all the time ... Rather my last purchase here, especially since the prices are rather high.
