URGENT SERVICE !!!! I ordered flowers for a funeral, I asked clearly and a few times it would be BUKIET whose only ornament is to be a black ribbon and not a funeral truss. Of course, I got a bundle, with the whole package (foil, ribbons, leaves, etc.). After returning attention, the lady said I would make it for him (apart from the fact that we were scheduled for 8 am and I was accepted at 8:15 because there was no one to come and open the gate) During the processing of the bunch (which just went out without the foil) the owner and future came she started shouting at me that "SHE DOES NOT SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BINDING AND BUKIET". I was still trying to explain the difference (such a flower girl as you can see). Then this woman said that "THE BOLTS ARE BECAUSE POLISH AND BUKIET IS AFTER THE RIVER". How can you look at the customer who pays for 6 flowers as for gold and in addition the order is poorly done and not on time ?! After another confirmation that I categorically do not want the foil, the lady said that "YOU ARE DRINKING IN BLACK AND BLACK SHADE" My dear woman barked: going to the funeral I will not dress in pink, as much as weighing the order to insult customers maybe there would be more. And since the dear lady does not see the difference between the bunch and the bouquet, I wish you very much that your children would bring a bunch instead of a bouquet for the birthday, because it is in Polish, with black foil because there is no black color to be scared. P.S On the way to the funeral, it turned out that one of the flowers was broken, also ... CONGRATULATED RELIABLE SERVICE .... NEVER AGAIN, I WILL NOT BACK AND COME TO THIS !!!! I have not met such rudeness for a long time.
