I ABSOLUTELY ADVISE against this store! If I could I would give ZERO stars! 3 months ago I ordered a chest of drawers through OlX. They say it's in the warehouse somewhere, but they can't dig into it 😏 Terrible contact with the service. Leaving a phone number will do nothing. Nobody calls the customers. You have to keep reminding yourself. The same oily song every time - to be patient 😄 I checked the reviews on OlX and Allegro, they are terrible! The Allegro team had to intervene many times on the Allegro! On Facebook, all negative posts are removed! Generally a dishonest company that completely disregards its customers!

On 09/04/2020, I made a transfer for the purchase of the wardrobe, which I received on 09/17/2020 after huge problems with contact with the store staff and owners. Allegedly, the wardrobe was sent immediately after my payment was posted, but the receipt shows the date 09/14/2020. The wardrobe initially sent by DPD was not even picked up by the courier from the warehouse to be delivered to the customer, because the product packaging was damaged. It was sent a second time in the same carton, only stuck with adhesive tapes. The carton was not the original packaging for the wardrobe that has a mirror. The company did not attempt to pack the goods correctly, so that it would not be damaged. The finale is that after 3 weeks and many disputes with the shop owners, the wardrobe arrived damaged, with a cracked mirror. After informing the owner about the situation and requesting that the damaged goods be taken and the money returned to the account, the contact was interrupted. The company sells shoddy goods, sends products packed in any way, not caring about packing everything so that nothing is damaged and appropriating money for it. Great deal. If you do not want to waste money, time to wait for an order and nerves to try to obtain any information about the ordered goods, stay away from Mr. Kominiak's company and this furniture outlet. It is not true that the goods were not picked up by me, as you know perfectly well, but they did not even leave the warehouse and were not handed over to the courier for delivery due to damage. You sent me photos of the damaged package yourself. You are also not in the habit of sending bill of lading numbers to customers waiting for an order. I received them after multiple attempts to call me and obtain information about the package. The employees in the store did not know anything about the order and the bosses were almost always elusive. As for the order itself, it is beyond my mind to send a wardrobe with a mirror that is not secured with polystyrene or cylinder foil on each side so as to protect the glass. There is photo and film documentation for everything. As for wishes for empathy, I have plenty of it. Mostly for people with disabilities, but I assume that people running a company selling disabled furniture are not. Although the person packing the order is fully functional, you can judge for yourself.
