Breaking away from everyday gray, he is constantly expanding his knowledge with new training techniques, which is what is able to adapt the perfect plan for a given person. Passion and satisfaction go hand in hand, recharging our batteries with positive energy.

With the heart and soul is not just an advertising slogan, but a small summary of the approach :) It's a training with man and soul :) I train regularly from November, I recommend to everyone in their development, both as a motivator or as a guide :)
I recommend it especially to people from Hashimoto !!! The effects can be seen quickly, although with this disease it is very difficult. Great individual approach and great atmosphere!
