Cool
Very good place for workouts and Cross-fit. However, the locker rooms are poorly ventilated and smell awful. Also it gets overcrowded on some days which makes it difficult to workout.
Love it!
A large selection of machines and a satisfactory number of benches. Well-developed cardio section. Unfortunately, sometimes it gets crowded with a flat bench for chest press. Well-kept equipment, pleasant to use barbells and loads. Friendly service at the reception. Professional team of titled athletes of body sports and not only always willing to provide advice! Friendly people. In short, I don't know what more to want than a second flat bench.
The gym is nice, you can easily train, the condition of the changing rooms is much worse. I did not like the fact that I could not use the first FREE PASS entry, but I had to pay a single entry fee to the place of residence outside Zielona Góra, even though I did not find such a point in the regulations. Regards and I will not do training in this place :)
