On October 24, 2020 in the Viva salon I had a pin up / hairstyle done. During the conversation with Ms Manuela, who served me, I said that it was a hairstyle for my civil wedding, which I did not announce in a telephone conversation. In the era when weddings are forbidden, and the ceremony itself was very modest, I did not expect an elaborate and time-consuming hairstyle. Rather, I meant something simple. While making the pin-up, Mrs. Manuela gave the impression that she had no idea what to do. Zero creativity and initiative. The service itself lasted less than an hour, and the cosmetics used were shampoo, conditioner and hairspray. When it came to paying, I was ordered to pay as for a wedding hairstyle, even though what I had on my mind was nothing like a wedding hairstyle. I had no intention of paying extra for the word "wedding". It was my first and last time in this salon. I wholeheartedly advise against all ladies who plan to do any hairstyle. In turn, I wish the employees of the salon more CREATIVITY, less PAIN.

I have been using Viva's services for about 20 years. The best hairdresser in Zielona Góra - Ania always cuts her hair beautifully 🥰
