Blonde with glasses very nice, smiling and knows not a haircut. The other lady, however, is very unpleasant, looks at her eyes, and God forbid to put on a beard. The worst part is that her final job leaves much to be desired. The prices are quite high, so for such an amount I expect culture and customer's treatment at a horizontal level. 3 stars only for the first lady.
