I am extremely disgusted with the service at this store. I asked for help with the gold earrings (circle) because they became unsealed (the circle along the line broke). The warranty period has already expired. However, I was sure that at least they would consider the case to repair the earrings. I would pay the cost, of course. After consulting the saleswoman with the manager, I was informed that they do not deal with such matters. They only consider problems with jewelery that has diamonds and other precious stones. In my opinion, they did not care for the client. Because it's hard for me to understand what the problem would be in repairing these earrings (since I bought them in this store anyway and it was not for little money), for which I would pay. It is not the first time that a similar situation has happened to me (I did not have such problems in another jewelry store). It looks a bit like the customer has bought, left a lot of money and we don't care anymore. Detriment. Because Apart's jewelry is pretty. Nevertheless, the service of this store discourages you from buying.

!!! I do not recommend!!! I was assured that my ring would definitely be replaced with a larger size if needed. In the absence of a larger size, there is an option to expand. All of this turned out to be untrue. Any other size is available except mine. Extension, but we absolutely do not have such options, replied an employee of Apart. I am terribly disappointed, I was not offered any rational way out of this situation. D. Tarbaj
