Very bad experience with this brand. The chain I advertised was lost without a word despite receiving an e-mail with information that my complaint was approved. From 20/08/2020 I am waiting for information when I will be able to pick up MY chain. The phone number provided on the website does not respond, there is no response to SMSes. This is outrageous!

The new saleswoman, Ms Monika, is simply very nice. Service at the highest level, until you want to shop in this salon. I highly recommend it!

Very helpful, professional service. I always try to visit this salon when I'm in Zielona Góra. This time I didn't have such an opportunity and I had to do it by phone. The lady who answered the phone took the time and advised buying matching jewelry, thanks to which I made a successful purchase again at W.KRUK. Show me a shop that works so professionally. No. Service at 5. I recommend this store with a clear conscience.
