I have nothing to complain about, it was on time there was a very nice, cultural and helpful driver delivered to Jędrzychów after an earlier phone call

Unfortunately, the delivery was very unpleasant, the Hamburg courier lacked information about the time of delivery of heavy equipment 50 kg to arrange someone's help.

After 11 days from sending the package, the package was allegedly delivered. According to the information provided by the courier company, the parcel was picked up by a person whom the courier probably thought of - not only that the name of the person receiving it is completely unfamiliar to me, but I was at home all day on the day of delivery. My guess is that the courier with my package that day might not even have been around, because I really don't know how else to explain this situation. I wanted to clarify the matter by phone, but after many unsuccessful attempts to connect (to all numbers provided on the website) - I gave it up. If anyone from the company bothered to take the phone and tried to deal with this matter, I wouldn't even think about posting this comment. I really don't understand how this company works with such a blatant lack of professionalism. I do not recommend anyone - you can be unpleasantly surprised, especially if the shipment was expensive and paid in advance.
