Hello, ladies who sell are young and not experienced.
when you enter the store you feel unwanted there. Both cashiers sat on the phone and instead of "Good morning" I feel only after entering the mean look and feeling "Why did you come here?" Cashiers are not nice, they are not happy to advise you when buying fish.
for this they reject customers claiming that it is not worth buying fish because it is a long and arduous process. The water in the aquarium must stand 2 weeks before allowing the fish in. HELLO ??? can you hear yourself ???
They just don't want to pull out fish ... it's better to advise against buying and destroying the market.
Fish in the aquarium swim dead until you do not want to watch :) Regards and recommend avoiding this store.
Terrible living conditions for the animals
We bought a hamster yesterday, which has small tiny red worms probably wearing parasites !!!! The lady in the store who sells it with a lot of grace. I have never met the inferior pet shop. The child was happy and now the problem because the store staff apparently does not care about animals since they have some parasites. I do not recommend go elsewhere but not there !!! And telephone contact with the store is impossible !!!
Unfortunately, it turned out after careful inspection at home that both pigs bought on Friday are sick. We are already after a visit to the vet, they got anti-parasite drugs, tomorrow we are still receiving antifungal and a second dose for parasites. Most likely, all in the store are infected, because there were about 7 on a very small area. Prices, too, after comparison in another zoo are quite inflated. Very cluttered in the store, a lot of things in a very small space. The only plus is the friendly staff.
