What a wonderfull kebap this is , So glad to having food from amida kebap . Quick and fresh even take a way ! Advice you guys try right away ! 😋😋 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I never write reviews BUT after my experience last night I'm totally shocked. I see I'm not the only person who has experienced what I went through reading the other reviews either! We called for a delivery and was told it would take UP TO AN HOUR, we were hungry after traveling all day but thought, ok, they must be busy so if we have to wait 45 mins to an hour, OK. After an 1 hour and 25 mins my wife called to ask where the delivery was, she was told "I have to deliver somewhere else so it will be in the next half hour, making the delivery time 2 HOURS. May also say the lady on the phone was very rude, so we said we didn't want to wait another half hour so we canceled our order. 1) because if we knew it would take 2 hours to order we would say no thank before ordering food. 2) we didn't want to receive kerbabs that had been in a car for over half an hour. Apparently we were "stupid people" according to Amida Kerbabs&Grill AND we were told never to call again (please feel assured that we will never call again). I have NEVER experienced such poor and abusive behavior out let alone from a restaurant/takeaway! Amida&Grill Fast food? No..... Customers Service? Zero.... Abuse and Rudeness? 100% If you want GOOD customer experience and food delivery service then FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, the other reviews on here saying Amida Kerbab&Grill are true, I just wish I read them before ordering!

Strasznie Nie regularne godziny otwarcia, mimo podanych godzin miejsce jest zamknięte na cały dzień albo o wiele wcześniejszych godzinach. Kebab Dobry, ale Godziny otwarcia to jakiś żart, godziny otwarcia to jakaś rosyjska ruletka. Jeśli miejsce ma byc zamknięte to chociaż niech dadzą gdzies informacje.

Until now, kebab place no. 1 on the map of Zielona Góra. However, today's situation has exceeded all expectations. I do not know if it is the fault of the new service or the new "formula", but the standard on thin crust turned out to be something completely different than before - strangely wide - nothing stuck together and fell out; with mixed sauces, finding at least one of them was almost impossible - dry and weak kebs; a similar situation with mixed meat ... The thought arises why ask about the type of meat or sauce, if you see what you see inside anyway. So far, I have recommended it to everyone, after today I doubt that I will go back there at all.
