Very nice service. Willing to help. It is a pity that when I return the shoes to a complaint in another store, I cannot complete the finalization in another, where I would immediately buy other shoes. And so I have to go to the other one, choose money and ... maybe not come back to CCC anymore. One network, if not a network. We do not have Gino Rossi and our own brand CCC has stopped producing nice men's shoes. There is Gino, but not everywhere ...

I booked sandals online with pickup at the Focus salon, despite the fact that the only available size on the website was a little smaller than I usually wear (36). Entering the store, I saw great inscriptions and banners "sale, collection liquidation" etc. I approach the cash register, collect the goods, ask the cashier if liquidation means that there will be no other sizes of these sandals except 36, you say "it's hard to say". Okay, I'm trying on, of course, too small. I give the cashier to another lady for a reason. The lady says "okay" and that's it. When I leave, I stop at the same sandals put out at the entrance and see that all sizes are here! 37, 38, 39 ... I come to the conclusion that the service has no idea what they are selling, the first lady was difficult to say if there were other sizes, and the second lady did not prohibit the exchange of sizes because the original ones were too small, probably also did not know what is at the very beginning of the store in the middle of the main alley. And why there was only one size available on the site, I probably will never know.

They sell poor quality footwear. After 2 months, the baby's sandals were damaged. There were seams and Velcro. The complaint was not accepted by the store. Trash to sell and getaway. I do not recommend
