The lady recommended a trip to a hotel whose photos did not coincide with reality, the rooms were damaged, the wallpaper was peeling off, the smell of rot from dirty air conditioning. In addition, there was no mention that there were cats in the hotel (I have a severe allergy, I had to take allertec for the whole trip). After submitting the complaint and attaching photos, we got the answer that there are no grounds to take it into account. Super treatment of regular customers
