Unfortunately, I can not fully assess the services of this travel agency because of the lack of competence + bad humor The lady behind the desk did not even manage to look for the desired trip. For several minutes of staying in the office I did not receive any information at all - nor how long should I wait, should I wait at all, can I sit down or can I stand ... For my polite question, the lady working in the office just snarled something from behind desks with great indignation. The conclusion is simple - I do not recommend.
