Maybe the management of the PKO BP bank in Kościerzyna kindly states on their website the CURRENT office hours? The website is misleading to customers. Business hours entered until 18:00, I drive up to the bank, and the door to the branch flagged with cards "Only until 16:00". What do I get after the translations on the door, how I lost a lot of time and nerves to make it before 18:00. WHY DON'T UPDATING BANK'S NETWORK WORKING HOURS ???

These standards these days are probably a mockery. You download a number and expect in a queue (as in most outlets), but employees (in front of my eyes) support "friends" who came later ... I have not encountered anything like this in any outlet.

As for numbers, I confirm. People are divided into better and worse sorts. Wealthy people are served as vips without a general queue. Normal customers have to wait their turn. Very ugly bank pages and service. I have always been well served in this institution.
