The owner is not very nice, she has no approach to animals, she acts as if she was working with mousse. I do not recommend!!!

I do not recommend this place !!! The lady is VERY unkind, not professional, she pulls the dog and does not pay attention to his needs, fear etc. INJURY TO THE DOG TO TAKE HIM THERE. REPLYING TO YOUR COMMENT, I HAVE USED YOUR SERVICES NOT WITH 1 DOG, BUT TWO, SO I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.

The woman performing the procedures tells you to wait on the couch until she finishes and jerks the dog in front of the owner. Not nice. Surprising when noticed. I do not recommend
