I am outraged by the quality of service for employees of the Gdynia branch, at ul. unruga. Every time they make a problem, serve them very slowly and don't respect customers' time. Today's visit to this branch ended with another setback on the part of the staff. I have a shared account, wanting to disconnect the other person so that I remain the only owner. The lady in the Bank said that she would not do it without the presence of the other co-owner. I called and the co-owner came, but the lady in the facility said after 10 minutes on the computer that she would not serve us, because my identity card, which I have had for 10 years, is broken in the corner ... I asked if the broken part of the corner makes it impossible for you to read the data or recognize me as customer. stated that it did not prevent her from knowing if I was me. I asked to show my driving license so that she could prove my identity. The lady thanked and refused to further service. This is not respecting the client's time and making us idiots. Such service is beneath dignity and consequences should be drawn for such an approach to customers. This is another situation where they waste their time in such a way and make a loan from the customer. I am in the bank once a month and they certainly know me from my face, and the broken part of the ID card is easy to read. How can you treat a man like that? Order a second person to be brought in and then refuse to service? After all, the case concerned only the disconnection from the account of the co-owner who appeared in person and confirmed his data with an ID card. The worst service I've ever seen. Branch employees make a problem each time to waste the client's time.

If it were possible, I would give minus a few stars ... The man who served me became very fixated on one point ... He does not listen to what is said to him ... You can get along with a chew from the store and he will listen to you than this gentleman. .. It's a waste of time ... I already know why they bought another bank ... Clients wouldn't have ... Bank embarrassment ...

We signed a mortgage contract, the meeting went smoothly. Unfortunately, after 20 days, when I came to bring the necessary documents to mobilize the funds, it turned out that the employee did not send the contract to the head office. Because of this fact I lost money because I exceeded the declared payment date for the developer ... I recommend going to Rumia.
