I will describe my experience with this store (via empik.com): I buy and pay immediately, I have no information that the parcel has arrived at the parcel locker (no e-mail, no text message), no one contacts me regarding failure to collect the parcel, more than 2 weeks pass and I get my money back. Thanks a lot for the service!

I ordered a CD from them through Empik. They realized the order very quickly and efficiently. Additionally, what is very important, the ordered vinyl record was well packed, which is very important in such a sensitive product. I recommend them, they have a very large selection of interesting items.
