I used the services of Zakrzewski twice. The first time grandma was taken to a cold room in Rumia. Instead, my father was transported to a new cold store in Gdynia. Farewell to my dad took place in much more civilized conditions. I think that in such a difficult moment it is of great importance. recommend

Unfortunately, I had the unpleasantness of knowing this place. The lady - the owner of this company - was very unpleasant for my sister as well as for me. She did not want to answer the questions we asked, referring us to legal documents. Zakrzewscy - on their site they cite respect for the family of the deceased - unfortunately we were not able to get to know him. We finally did not take advantage of the services of the plant - we easily found a place where the service counts with the feelings of the deceased.

For sure I will not use the Zakrzewski plant once again. Two stars only because the funeral service itself was professional. My reservations concern the owner, Mrs. Zakrzewska. Her approach to clients who usually experience a rather difficult period is not very pleasant. First, during each conversation, Mrs. Zakrzewska completely ignored my mother, treating her as if she was mentally deficient and turned to only my brother, even in the form of "tell your mother". In addition, information provided by Mrs. Zakrzewska often passed the actual state. During the last meeting, after transferring the money, Mrs. Zakrzewska was simply unpleasant and unhelpful. And finally, as part of the service, the company was also to clean up the grave 10 days after the funeral, which was done only after the telephone intervention and acknowledged with the statement "We have already done it" 30 minutes after the work.
