It's hard to judge a funeral parlor. But if I had to choose a second time, I wouldn't hesitate. Full professionalism. Help. A great approach in these hard times of sadness and mourning. I am very grateful for my father's last journey. For flowers. For the music. For the opportunity to say goodbye in a beautiful room. Thank you

The worst funeral parlor I've ever met. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly in Gdynia and unfortunately there is no choice in some situations. Not only is it expensive, they don't care about the feelings of the family. The owner of the company is the worst, an extremely unpleasant person.

I used the services of Zakrzewski twice. The first time grandma was taken to a cold room in Rumia. Instead, my father was transported to a new cold store in Gdynia. Farewell to my dad took place in much more civilized conditions. I think that in such a difficult moment it is of great importance. recommend

I was very pleased with the service Mr. Krzysztof's son-in-law full of professionalism and advice ... Everything helped to settle, all documents and formalities .... So it depends how you see who will go ... Zakrzewski praises me already 4 people .. With every service I was satisfied ... If you can be satisfied with the funeral.

For sure I will not use the Zakrzewski plant once again. Two stars only because the funeral service itself was professional. My reservations concern the owner, Mrs. Zakrzewska. Her approach to clients who usually experience a rather difficult period is not very pleasant. First, during each conversation, Mrs. Zakrzewska completely ignored my mother, treating her as if she was mentally deficient and turned to only my brother, even in the form of "tell your mother". In addition, information provided by Mrs. Zakrzewska often passed the actual state. During the last meeting, after transferring the money, Mrs. Zakrzewska was simply unpleasant and unhelpful. And finally, as part of the service, the company was also to clean up the grave 10 days after the funeral, which was done only after the telephone intervention and acknowledged with the statement "We have already done it" 30 minutes after the work.
