The network of Lotos stations has a really nice positive name and I would venture to say that much better than Orlen, unfortunately, the name alone is not everything. If I were to assess the entire network of Lotos stations, they are unfortunately losing to Orlen because they have better employees. I am talking about customer service here and there is probably something to it because Orlen employees beat Lotos employees over the head when it comes to the level of customer service. All this means that Lotos is refueled when I have it on my way and sometimes I even go there specially because Lotos has a better catalog of points but sometimes I wonder if it's worth ... how to calculate the additional route and more expensive fuels, if only I could put the difference into a can I would buy the same gadget without their points 😉😄
