The saleswoman, asked for the funeral wreath, began to whine that "still funerals, only funerals, write sashes blah blah blah". Asked for an inscription on a sash, she began to complain that "so much writing, so much writing, can't somehow be shortened?" After answering that she was not a saleswoman, she put her own way and turned the text on the sash. Customer service below zero. They are sitting there I will not say what the communes had better because they did not have to do. And if the customer comes now and wants to leave the money, she is outraged that someone is chasing her to work. No words. It is a commercial and service point, although it is too much said. I remind you that, contrary to the wishes of the client, this lady allowed herself to change the inscription on the sash to one that will be more convenient for her. Hands fall down.
