Pychotka pizza
After a few previous mishaps, I decided to give it one last chance.
Unfortunately 😐
I placed the order when I was leaving work to pick it up on the way. When I got there (the application said that the order was ready) it turned out that "the system did not process the order". Maybe I would have believed it, if I had not known the functioning of such "systems" ... The lesers working there simply forgot and instead of taking it on their chest and admitting their mistake, they started to tell me stories 😤
After another dozen or so minutes, I received a cardboard box, paid and left. At home it turned out that the dough is thin instead of thick, and the dish itself caused huge gastric problems for the whole family (including children) ...
I won't endanger my family's health anymore, and I won't waste any more time.
For others who are planning to give a second or another chance, I also recommend ignoring and looking for another place.
The pizza was not delivered and the cash was collected, if this is not clarified, the case will be reported for violating consumer rights. I do not greet you and let the place fall to you through Covid. No respect for the customer. If I don't get the money tomorrow, we'll go to court because I won't let myself be treated like that.
Pizza is a drama until I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Money down the drain. The pizza was cold, a few ingredients crossed and it was supposed to be large, and it was max medium size.
