On August 10, 2020, I change my opinion about shopping in this store. At the end of July 2020, both parties reached an agreement on the complaint. I do not recommend shopping in this place !!!! At the end of April 2020, I filed a complaint with one of the two store-bought rattan armchairs. Unfortunately, until today, i.e. June 10, 2020, despite numerous attempts to contact me, no one answers the phone or replies to the messages sent to the address indicated. In connection with the above, I argue that the information on the store's website about the warranty is a lie, and the company is tricking customers in this way.

We were attracted to your store by a unique and original collection of garden furniture - we know the season has already begun :) We bought a beautiful set for four people with a sweet couch and a small table. We are extremely pleased and recommend. And may the weather persist :)

I will change my opinion as soon as my order is accepted and I get the furniture ... I tried to order the furniture in 2019. It failed because there was still a slogan that the order exceeded the amount of furniture in the warehouse. This year (2020), after it was not possible to order through the store, I wanted to order furniture by phone. Nobody answered. so I ordered by email, meeting all the requirements of the store website. In response, I learned that I had to do it through the store. It was impossible. So I sent the e-mail order again. They did not accept and in response to my reproaches I heard that I did not receive confirmation so now it is September. I am even ready to wait for September. The problem is that I still can't place my order. I have a feeling this is a scam because I wanted to order COD. I've never been so dissatisfied with contact with a company ... And these positive opinions are probably written by companies dealing with writing opinions !!!

I ordered rattan armchairs. The order was incomplete - the seats could not be folded because there were no screws. Any attempt to contact the company fails. They do not answer e-mails, they do not answer the phone. In the 21st century, the scandal ...
