The bank service leaves much to be desired. On December 14, when my mother paid the money (retirement pension), she asked the Lady to check whether the money had been transferred from the Social Fund. My mother worked in budgetary and pensioners also receive additional money (previously there were packages). say that: pensioners get money, they do not go on holiday, but they get so-called holidays under the pear tree. The indignant lady even shouted that she did not get anything. Ladies and Gentlemen, let your employee focus on work, and not be interested in what and who gets and why . My mother got sick of this visit because she has a bad heart. I wish people would not work with clients. Of course, if it happened to me, I would have handled it differently.
