Wanting to buy tires, I heard that only by courier ... Why the "pickup outside" option selected? I offered to pay for the tires via the Internet and pick up the tires in front of the building, prepared in advance so that no one had to contact me. I heard NO. They only contact the courier ... Courier with every person who calls and orders ... company policy ...

They sent me one other tire by accident, but I give 5 stars for their response. After 1 day I got the right tire and they picked up the wrong one, and I got a discount for my next purchases. I understand this problem solving.
