LADIES EVERY TIME IF I ASK ME, THAT I HAVE TO PATIENTLY WAIT UNTIL OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL BE SERVED AND THE PACKAGE WINDOW WILL NOT BE OPENED ....

I believe that the post office is a very good facility in our area. In larger cities, customers must wait for their business to be dealt with from 1 to 2 hours. Unjustified insulting of employees is also unacceptable. Here customers are treated very kindly and efficiently. Officials are kind, which is worth appreciating. I am satisfied with the institution.
I agree with previous opinions. I use mail also in Wojkowice and there is no problem there. Here, the long waiting time is a standard, the hunchback Mrs. is completely unsuitable for anything. Or he can not spend the rest well or find packages ... Today there was a power failure, so this lady could not find the registered letter, embarrassment!
One star only because the ladies are nice but ... the level of service is embarrassing. Employees do not know the basic price list and want to sell everything as expensive as possible. They cannot offer the cheapest solution or service that the client wants. You only hear "you can't do that". But it is possible at the Main Post Office in Będzin. It is a pity to waste time here.
